This privacy policy applies to the website salnova.ch and all products operated by salnova GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). We collect only the data necessary to operate our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3.1 When visiting salnova.ch

When you browse this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages visited. This data is used solely for security purposes and is retained for a maximum of 30 days. It is not linked to your identity.

3.2 When you contact us

If you send us an email at hello@salnova.ch, we store your email address and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry. We delete this data once it is no longer needed.

3.3 MileHunter (milehunter.ch)

MileHunter allows you to track your Miles & More status. The data you enter (points, tier progress) is stored in your browser's local storage by default. If you create an account, your data is stored on our servers. Please refer to the MileHunter privacy policy at milehunter.ch for details specific to that product.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use analytics tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools on salnova.ch.

Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to protect our infrastructure from automated abuse. This cookie does not track you across websites and expires within 30 minutes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services on this website:
